We Know Cambridge - Our family have lived in Cambridge for two generations and understand our community. They know the area, the resources, and what matters to Cambridge families.
Direct Local Contact - No call centres. No distant head offices. When you call, you speak directly to our Cambridge-based team who know you and the care you receive. Our new business line 01223 857235 is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm 7-days a week. For existing clients, our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and should you need to speak to one of the office team outside these hours, we also provide an emergency out-of-hours service to ensure you can always reach one of our team.
Small, Consistent Team - You'll have a small number of regular carers to ensure consistency in the care we provide and they will get to know you personally. You and your family will also have a named senior contact you can always reach.
Rapid Local Response - Being local means we can respond quickly. No waiting for approvals from distant offices. We make decisions right here in Cambridge. Our set-up enables us to work with families and or hospitals to commence day or night care within 24 hours.
