The Government has instructed all acute and community hospitals in England to reduce the number of people occupying hospital beds, discharging patients as soon as they are clinically safe to do so.The goal is to discharge 15,000 hospital patients this week, starting Monday 23 March 2020, 95 per cent of them to their own homes.
We need experienced health care assistants and discharge planners to join us today and help us help the NHS by caring for these patients in their own homes. We are also accepting applications from those new to care to join the team as trainee care workers.
