Job Info:
Salary: £11.75 – £15 / hour (dependent on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays)
Type: Full-time, Part-time
Shift bonus paid monthly – all travel time paid between visits, subject to terms.

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

What you can expect from this role:
– Coordination of care visits to ensure rotas are seamless and organised
– Keeping in regular contact with hospital discharge teams, client’s family members and community support teams
– Supporting both clients and care staff to provide professional and high-quality care
– Assisting with on-call on a fair rota basis
– Maintaining accurate and highly detailed documentation for clients and carers
