Job Info:

Salary: £11.75 – £15 / hour (dependent on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays)

Type: Full-time, Part-time

Shift bonus paid monthly – all travel time paid between visits, subject to terms.

What is an average day like in this role?

– Assisting our clients with personal care tasks

– Supporting with the administration of medication

– Companionship

– Meal preparation

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at our Waterbeach head office. No coordination experience is required, just the drive to improve the lives of those in need and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Job Info:

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Shift bonus paid monthly – all travel time paid between visits, subject to terms.

Mileage contribution

What you can expect from this role:

– Coordination of care visits to ensure rotas are seamless and organised

– Keeping in regular contact with hospital discharge teams, client’s family members and community support teams

– Supporting both clients and care staff to provide professional and high-quality care

– Assisting with on-call on a fair rota basis

– Maintaining accurate and highly detailed documentation for clients and carers
