Mental health first aid – We have an in-house mental health first aider here to provide confidential support whenever you need it.
What is an average day like in this role?
You will be travelling between client’s homes as part of this role, so we do ask that you have a full driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.

Your role with us will be an exceptionally well-respected one. With care – not just for our clients, but also for our staff – at the heart of everything we do.
Your role will involve several tasks, with each client requiring individual needs. This may include:
No single day will be the same, yet at the same time, you’ll be providing consistent care; you’ll see the same people regularly. Each client visit will be at least 30 minutes to enable you to do what needs to be done – without rushing.
Please note that you will need to have your own car plus a full, clean driving licence. Complete reference and DBS checks will be carried out at job offer stage.
