At Eaton we value our local community and how important it is to our clients and their carers, and many of our team are actively engaged in supporting a wide range of local initiatives, giving several hours of their time every month to help make them a success.
Connecting with local services
Our Community Champions work hard to connect with local services as well to build relationships that allow us to better signpost our clients. Recently, they have also been supporting local services, in the wake of the pandemic, to continue to provide their services.
Here are a few examples of where we like to engage with and support our local communities.
We actively network in our local areas, building positive relationships with local professionalsand community groups, sharing our expertise and gaining a broader understanding of what matters most to them when it comes to care provision.
Our colleagues regularly organise and attend events in the community, from supporting charities and community interest groups with their events, to opening our doors and answering any questions people may have around homecare services.
We also support many local community initiatives, offering our time and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Our volunteers help with aiding any elderly members of the community attending events, give talks on home care and living safely at home.
We also enjoy sponsoring events, funding materials such as wool and craft items.
