Eaton has invested a quarter of a million pounds in the refit of its state of the art new premises, north of the city of Cambridge, which also houses the Stirling Academy training facility.
Based at prestigious Blenheim House at Cambridge Innovation Park in Waterbeach, the new offices negate the need for staff to have to commute into heavily-congested Cambridge, as well as providing a professional environment for clients and their family to visit.
Director of operations Caroline Freeman said: “The desire was to have an open office environment to enable our staff to collaborate internally, whilst also having dedicated meeting rooms which provide confidentiality, when needed. We wanted to make our prestigious office both a pleasant and professional environment in which to work as well as to visit.”
Part of the investment has included procuring the latest technology, which provides safety and security, protecting against viruses and always respecting the confidentiality of client information.
The Stirling Academy is also housed within Blenheim House and it is here that between three and five members of staff will go through training every fortnight with specialist ‘blended’ training – a mixture of classroom and field work, working with a qualified and experienced mentor.
