The launch of Eaton Home Care came about following the recognition of a gap in the market for a truly bespoke service, whereby clients dictate the level of support they require to enable them to live more fulfilling, fuller lives, regardless of age.
According to director of operations, Caroline Freeman, herself a trained nurse, several providers come close or offer this service as a bolt-on, but in her opinion, none offer a tailor-made service such as the one provided by Eaton.
The establishment of Eaton pulls together over 30 years of experience, with one shared vision.
Caroline herself provides clinical oversight of all services provided, providing a pathway between social care and health.
She said: “We recognised there was a need for a truly bespoke, different service, which is completely centred upon the individual and the level of support they need. At a certain age, it becomes more and more important that people can have access to support they can trust – and that is what we are providing at Eaton.
Importantly, we are giving people more choice. Choice in the services they want and enabling them to retain their independence in doing so.”
